Pads - Recomendations?

Afternoon All,

Just wondered if anyone had any pad (particularly Focus Mitts) advice.

I'm looking for something:
Leather
Has sweet spot (but not raised or stiched on)
High density foam
Good fastners for securing.

basically its gotta be able to take a beating, with empty unprotected hands.

Large amounts of heavy ballistic training with "empty unprotected hands" is not a good idea.
