Nice. I'm jammed between assorted stored household stuff on one side, and bikes and garden equipment on the other. All under an asbestos roof. Wish I had a nice clean area like that.

sadly..... thats not a pull up bar.... it's a crappy "lat attachment".... i have the standard 300# olympic set..... my dad got 'us' a leg press and hogs all the plates......
how's that space workin out? it's a bigger room than it looks just a low ceiling.... all the ovehead stuff i do upstairs in the 'living room'.....
