No, this one is a different one; this one was shot private by a student of the Lam family. It's much better quality, and everything is good visible, so you could learn from this DVD (although it's not an instructional).

The super8 you are referring to, is of lesser quality and was on Hong Kong television in the 70's (with demonstartions of several styles). The persons are even that small shot, that you would never be able to learn from it.
That one is sold as tape by Bucksam Kong and the Hung Ga part only as DVD by www.siulam.info

Not too small is demonstrated in both regular and slow motion.
The Sabre vs spear set is definetly made to archive/instructional as is the two person set. I think its the tiger crane partner set.

Also got recently another series on clf and northern/chin woo weapon sets. I think its by Lam Hei. They do quite a few weapon and partner sets that we do in eagle claw.
