Its not.... you can see where they have cut the film. Plus just judging from how "staged" the camera movement is... not a chance. Plus if you watch how the body falls you can kinda see that its a dummy. Bodies flop around a whole lot more when someone is completely limp.

It's definately not real.
I know a guy who has been studying Wushu for the better part of his 25 years. He was hit by a pick-up truck going about 20-25 km/h. He flew through the air backwards and landed on his feet about 10 feet back, brushed himself off, and kept walking. He had some bruises, but nothing more.

you can see the camera following the man. why would someone be filming that guy walking around with a pizza, and then suddenly he gets hitten by a car right in front of where the camera guy is.

problem -- he had been doing partner drill patty cake exercises with fiestas, metros and yugos. he wasn't anywhere near ready for the strength and skill of a full-size sedan.

boy was sadly outclassed in this matchup.
