I jsut picked up his two books. I have yet to read them but they look good.

never heard of the fellow.
what type of stuff?,
is it martial arts related, or just a personal favourite?

Bas is a MMA fighter and coach. He was King of the Cage and UFC champion (I think). He also did commentary for many of the Pride fights.

I've had the opportunity to train in a couple of seminars with Bas. Great teacher and fighter. His warm-ups are killer!

I really recommend his conditioning tape set.
