Hi,
I have this big question about my abs. I started doing 1 week per part workouts, like the sticky around here. Now I noticed my abs went .. well the opposite of progress. So now I did ab training for two days in a row, and the *******s are peeking out again. I don't understand this at all.. Should abs be trainer more often then ? I used to do them every 3 days, but didn't get the same effect as now.

Also maybe you could post the ideal reps that I should do .. I'll add weights so I'm tired if I finish the rep.

Thanks

Depends on how you work them. The abdominal wall is a muscle just like any other muscle in your body... legs, biceps, lats, etc.

If you are using lighter poudage like say just doing sit-ups and other high repitition exercises, then you can train them frequently. It is also true that you train them with a heavy weight like you would in the bench press, then you'd have to allow for recovery just like in any other weighted exercise.
