I can't afford it. Give me a summary if you've read it.

In San Guo, Xu Chu stripped nekkid and went into battle with Ma Chao after 50 bouts and no result. The Gauls did it versus the Romans. Maybe there is something to be learned from that. I mean, who can take someone seriously with their bits flopping around like that? Hmmmm.

I was actually gonna get this since I got a lot of B&N gift certificates for X-mas. B&N doesn't carry it yet though.

I just glanced through somebody's copy for less than 5 seconds, unfortunately not more. It's been getting good reviews on the forum. It's primarily a how-to book for tough low-rep BW-only exercises - one-armed pushups, pistols, pullup variations like the muscle-up, abs, etc. I would like to at least see what other exercises are described

Actually, I think I read over on DragonDoor's forum that it only discusses pistols and one armed pushups. If it only talk about those two exercises I don't want it.

And Ford, your B&N carries Pavel's books? I've never seen them at a store before. I think I may have seen Power to the People once at Borders.

You can use their gift cards online, and BN.com carries some of Pavel's stuff. ;)
