ANyone know of any good recources on thai body conditioning. You know shins, elbows, forearms and soforth.

I dont remember the link.... try a search here, on google, and at www.defend.net for Lanna Muay Thai.

They have almost their whole training regime on there, from day 1 beginners to prof. camp fighters. Good stuff.

Kun Khao's fight training is on stickgrapplers.

heavy bags and thai pads are plenty hard. strike them several hundred times per session and the conditioning will come. Trust me.
