What was that defence against the single-leg takedown that Newton used in Rd 2 around 16:00 where he flipped Gracie? That was sweet.

Sweet. Newton is my one of my fav's and Renzo is a very cool guy. Always has a smile on his face and treats everybody well.

actually it seemed like he was going for a crotch lift and Renzo's grip broke from fatigue so it ended up the way it did

I remember Newton's knee block trip against Renzo's takedown attempt earlier being sweet. I'll see if I can find the time for it in this video

he did alright except for thinking the Renzo is going for an armbar or omoplata everytime Renzo trys to roll to get guard from his hands and knees (which Newton does a great job defending/passing)
