I've seen their book "Fighter's Notebook." It's so complete it's not even funny.

What about their new 450 page training manual "Fit to Fight?"

Here (http://www.mixedmartialarts.com/Z2D/Z2D_Samples.cfm) are some sample clips from one of their DVDs, "Zero to Dangerous."

And if you order a package you get free gloves. Anyone heard of that brand before?

So if you have experience with any of their products please post it here.

Thanks

interesting.... had not heard about "Fit to Fight"... looks like good stuff

I've heard that the video is just an overview and that the money is best put toward a good tape series (such as Mario Sperry's from http://www.groundfighter.com)

The combo deal looks good

One thing I noticed was the initial attack was inconsequential. It was either a token combo that didn't go anywhere like in the first one or a very body crowded attack in the second one. It looks like the ideal opponent for the grappler was a guy whom couldn't make an effective strike and couldn't match the guys height level change. As well as not being able to control his distancing and protect his perimeter.

I hate to sound like a cheap tart selling on a red light street, but the opponent wasn't resisting. . :D :p :D :p

I know, I know , its only a demo.
