Does anyone know anything about this internal art?

My sigung taught an art called Wu Chi Chuan but I don't know if it is the same one that you are talking about as I have seen several schools claim to teach 'Wu Chi/Ji Chuan' but it has always been different. The art my sigung taught was practiced slowly like tai chi and had 18 basic forms. I learned the first few - yin, yang, wind, clouds, rain ... I can't remember the names of the others.

Is this the art you are talking about?
