View Full Version : A Good Diet for the Hard Gainer

Hey, all. Just wondering if anyone has a good diet for someone coming off of about a year-long period of almost total inactivity.
I'm looking for a general diet, around 2300-2600 calories.
I can plan a workout cycle with no problem, but diet planning has always sucked for me. It's not that I eat junk food, I just eat a lot of non-fruits and veggies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just wish it was time to start working out. Maybe in another 3 months or so. :mad:
