oops, my bad. Look at it this way... it was such a great link that it needed to be posted again.

Sure.

There is an article there on "the 12 throws of judo" that breaks each of "the basic 12 judo throws" and breaks them down basically into footwork, push/pull/etc (off balancing) and different grips and variations for each throw.

It was good stuff when I first started going to judo classes, as they tend to skimp on instruction.
