Lots of great stuff.

I like this section FM 21-150, Unarmed Defense for the American Soldier, June 30, 1942, Section II, Basic Principles

Sure.

There is an article there on "the 12 throws of judo" that breaks each of "the basic 12 judo throws" and breaks them down basically into footwork, push/pull/etc (off balancing) and different grips and variations for each throw.

It was good stuff when I first started going to judo classes, as they tend to skimp on instruction.
