Qing Ping Jian

does anyone here know any of the 6 Qing Ping Jian forms (apart from me!)??

I read the article. Hon Lee and I have the same Master - Shifu Lu Jun Hai.

I only know the first qing ping form though....need to practise it sooooooo much more!

Master Chan and Master Lu are very good friends. Many Wah Lum students learned Qing Ping Gim plus a few of us picked up a hand form (forgot the name) on the 1998 China trip. All the WL Sifu's got the complete Tassle Gim set. Unfortunately the only one I remember is the hand form.

tassle gim set? you mean qing ping?

if that is what you learnt then I doubt it was the whole set as there are 6 sets, taking quite a long time to learn just one let alone all 6.

But its good to meet a TCMA cousin of sorts!

18 Elders and I picked up two pieces of this gim form. Heard it was a Daoist Mantis form and was very lengthy. The tassle Gim you mentioned, wasn`t that a two-handed gim with horse tail? Was this tassle gim form considered Qing Ping? Did not learn the hand form, how was it?

if you do mean hores tail whip then it makes sense. did you do just the hrse tail whip of the horse tail whip with the jian?
