great.
if whatever we study is not also nothing then we missed it. seeing it as something distinct from nothing is to miss the unity of it all.

its a difficult process attempting to understand how much effort should be put into doing and how much accepting. accepting and surrendering is great, but not even attempting to improve health, wellbeing, quality... thats just not allowing for the flowering of our conditions - it is our nature to flower just as it is for a flower to do so.

so i think it becomes a case of accepting that in doing nothing we move towards something, and that in doing something we are doing nothing, just allowing our selves to be as they are -

surrendering / becoming... no difference.

when we taste the flavour we know the salt is there.

We return to nothing only after we balance all things.

I've been on the Nothing trail for about 10 months now. Figure I'll make it to a year before I'm forced to get back into my training.

Trying to enjoy the time off from training/work as much as possible.
