1. Chin down (http://www.ringside.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=CDWN&variation=&aitem=31&mitem=41)

2. Wrist roller (http://www.ringside.com/store/prodinfo.asp?number=WROLL&variation=&aitem=35&mitem=41). Man I've needed one of these for freaking ever. I'm just lazy and never got around to making one.

The chin down has downloadable instructions, if you need them. It has a strap around it to keep it from falling onto the floor. If anyone has used one of these, how heavy is it? I imagine it only has to be a pound or two.

I have one and it weighs almost nothing; like the weight of a tube sock.

I think the light weight is to make you squeeze harder or risk having it pop out anytime you move; as opposed to a heavier weight that would tend to rest. Just my view though.

I have a wrist roller. They are fantastic.

My wrist roller uses scuba weights.

Cant you just pretend to have a chin down and it will work just the same?

Yeah, but the chin down will let you know when you accidently lift your chin up but don't realize it. It's like keeping your non-punching hand up by your face. You always THINK you're doing it so you don't realize when you let it drop.

Cool, I just made my wrist roller! I'll get some pics up later tonight. Man, even doing 10lbs on it is hard right now. Hopefully the initial adaption will happen soon (since it's a new movement) and I'll be able to move up quickly.
