Great technique.

Hafta check out more of the site later. Can't say that I'm looking forward to it.

And what's with all the references to Funakoshi if this is an Okinawan karate site?

Seems kinda suspect.

The flying kick, as I've seen demonstrated, is generally a fast and strong shot to the mid-section, not a height-gainer for head-stomping action.

All this talk of kata, not many references to Naha styles. A shame.

Passes the CMA test as he shows some Tai chi techniques also. :p

Hey Funakoshi did Okinawan karate, what his students did with it later is another story.

Vash what picture are you referring to where their knees are interlocked?
