Any suggestions as to companies/prices? I saw the "Dragonskinz" at Superaction.com and I heard tap out makes a good one. Anybody try these or have some feedback?

Also, I was wondering if any of you have reccomendations on wrestling shoes???

For wrestling, take the asics split sole.

If you're going to be shooting a lot, get the sort with the extention of the sole on the medial/ball of foot area. It comes up the side of the shoe about an inch and improves wear.

What's a rash guard?

Just something that is close to the skin and doesnt let it rub against things when its sweaty.. causing a rash..

I use underarmor also. It makes you very slippery at first.

They're also good for protecting from ringworm (if you have it on an area covered by the rashguard), which can be spread through contact.

quicksilver sells relatively inexpensive rash guards, if you're lucky you can get one on sale for around 20 bucks. Ocean City Maryland sells some no name rash guards pretty cheap for about 12 - 15 bucks so I imagine most beach side cities with boardwalds are probably the same or similar. If there's no where around you that sells any just order online or through a surfing mag.
