I think I might have posted this demo a while back. Its from a japanese show maybe 4 or 5 years ago. Just ran across it again so I thought I'd post.

I am now a Rickson fan. Took me a while to appreciate the whole BJJ thing.

Definately a good video, very good flow and not fast pace, so it gives you the chance to see the techniques and not 2 guys wailing on each other and next thing you know, one has the other in a choke.
