Are there pillar forms in your mantis system? i.e. in Hung Ga there are considered the four pillar sets in the WFH lineage. Others are optional/extra sets, but these four are what you need to know to truly learn all the principles and concepts.

Are there similar sets in the mantis system that you practice, and if so, what are they? I am most interested in hearing abou the Seven-star and Taiji Mantis systems. Thanks.

I thnk they are called the Four Essentials, Im not sure though. :)
