Three star arm conditioning, ba bu chuan (an 8 stance mini-form/stance drill) we do that both by itself and with application practice.

line drills for each stance. an 8 stance drill/mini form, different kicks, different jumps, rolls, breakfalls.

Pardon my ignorance, but is the three star arm drill the two person drill where you hit forearms a few times then one person throws a kick and the other one blocks it then you do it in the opposite direction? If not does anyone know the name of that?
Thanks for the replies!
