Herbs for cold and flu?

Can anyone suggest some herbs I could take for a cold and flu. Ive come down with this for a few days now. The usual symptoms, Fever, Sneeze, Cough, Body ache, Loss of energy. Thanks alot your help is greatly appreciated.

If you have a heat aspect to it, e.g. sore throat, green phlem, sweating too then I highly reccomend Yin Chiao San, which is totally geared to that condition.

Yin Chiao is good...you can also take it as a preventative...3 pills a day just prior to flu season starting. Take it all the way through and if you feel syptoms starting increase the dosage to 8-10 pills every two hours for a couple of days or until symptoms are gone.
