Hello:

Purchased Tiger Balm. It helped ease the pain. Felt great behind my neck, shoulders and triceps. I got the one labeled ‘Ultra’. It did not really help my hip. Maybe I didn’t use enough or it just doesn’t penetrate deep to the bone. The pain in my hip went away on its own anyway after a few more workouts.

Wash hands thoroughly before peeing!

Recommended for minor bumps and bruises.

Truly,
Godzilla

Heard nasty stories about couples mistaking the tiger balm for the vaseline in the dark ...

can you put tiger balm on your temples for headaches?

You can try that. It'll give some mild relief but won't stop a migraine (just use a tiny bit). What is also good is liniments that contain Lavender Oil. This can be quite soothing and pleasant.
