Does anything know about the schism bewteen Guolin and Hengxin? As I understand it, it was not amicable. What is philosophic, personal...?

Dear Mr. KubanLink:

Perhaps the apprentice has snatched the pebble from the hand of the master. Perhaps you see a schism where one no longer exists, or may never have existed. One must not meditate on the personal affairs of one's master, as this will not be beneficial to one's kungfu. One should instead seek to meditate on a prescription of mabu/gongbu.

Sincerely,

They seem as amicable as any of the 'splits' amongst the Shaolin brethern, even more so, perhaps. My understanding is that Hengxin decided not to take his final vows and choose to move on.
