1. Heart/Will
2. Energy
3. Kung-fu/Knowing what to do

He says that the first two are the most important because without them you are just dancing.

He says that often people just want dancing and not kung fu.

Sifu also places a high value on loyalty to the kwoon and family.

What is he talking about really?

Hark Fu transliterates as "black tiger".

as in Hark Fu Muhn

sometimes also called "Hak Fu".
In mandarin, the black tiger kungfu is called "heihuquan"
can be a style or a set.
