Let's say you have 2 identical twin brothers. Every aspect of their lives are the same, upbringing, level of physical activity etc except one twin loves junk food and as a result outweighs his twin by 30kg.

Would it be safe to say that the fatter twin is stronger because of the years of lugging around the extra weight?

When I was working as a trainer at my College's gym, I had fat clients who could leg press more on their first day than thin clients could after they had been training for a few months.

just wondering.

It's like if you strap weights to your ankles and wrists, except the weights are with you 24 hours a day.

yes, I would think the most noticeable strength differnce would be in the legs as per Ironfist's example, as they have to support all the weight above
