I wish I understood what they were saying cos I'm especially curious to know what the Gwang Zhau SiFu discussed.

Any bi-lingual members willing to share with the rest of us a synopsis of the concepts he was explaining? :confused:

(It was a very interesting demo to watch.)

:mad: well it would be nice if the actually clips / link was working, I found the clip in question but when I tried to d/l I got a weird html page with a lots of weird letter combinations on a white page

Download steps:

Find the download button of the video you want to view
Right click and select Save as to download the video file.
View with your player of choice ... if you remember where you downloaded it to ;)

you guys shall really go to our forum and put this suggestion on, so that those sifu can see and also you can post your comments and stuff for the sifu if you wish. Thanks.

Lo sifu is the student of my sibaksuk. I met him quite a few years ago in Ontario and have been visited by some of his students.

He's showing Kao Sao and what looks to be a variation of Chang Jeung. I am not a big fan of 'traditional' demos where the sifu doesn't show the posture (horse, elbows, etc.) and uses an out-of-range extended arm instead of a real attack, but I understand why that is, but it's interesting.
