This two-day workshop will cover training progressions from Kiu Sau through Chi Kiu and Chi Sau to Saan Da. The philosophy of Heaven, Human, Earth will be discussed and trained in conjunction with concepts, strategy and tactics in this intensive hands-on workshop.

Look forward to meeting some of you there even if you only stop in to say hello or share some tea.
