I think he means Dit Da Jow - literally 'steel hit wine'. It is a rubbing medicine widely used in Chinese martial arts to help break up bruising and strengthen the bone and tissue around impact sites.

before you go and start trying to move clotted blood around your internal organs check with your doctor to make sure you wont wind up with a stroke. I have heard of an internal pill for this kind of thing, kind of like dit da jow for internal damage, but I could not tell you whom to get it from or if it would work. A good chinese herbalist might have a clue. I have heard that vitamin c will help strengthen capillary walls and supply oxygen to injured cells. Good luck. ;)
Go right now to the medice before doing anything else, could be a broken rib.
