I open multiple windows at once. I find all the topics I want to read and then do right click-->Open in new window. Then I don't have to reload the main page each time I'm done reading a thread.

Anyway, sometimes I'll make replies in multiple threads, and it takes me less than 30 seconds to type each one, so I get this message.

So, Gene, can you change this to like 15 seconds, or maybe 1 second? I know it's put there to keep people from totally spamming a thread by replying over and over and over, but sometimes I'll type something good and then hit send and get that message, and then I have to hit "back" and then my message is gone and I have to type it again.

For that very reason, I copy my posts before I click sumbit. If I have to go back, I just paste it back.

Post more content. Or read a post, reply, then read the next, reply and so on. Not read all posts, then reply to all posts. Or use Mozilla. Dunno how I've specifically got it set up, but it saves my info so when I go "back", it's all there.

it may be browser dependant - On my older NS 4.7 browser, when It disappears, and NS 7, it doesn't

It's 30 seconds man, E-Budo has a 2 minute one. 30 seconds is not life or death. Maybe its a sign that you got alot of posts?

I do that sometimes, usually if I remember to and I have a long post. But the main reason I do it is because sometimes when you click submit you get "error: page not found." Not so much on this site, but on some other sites.

I'm running IE 6.0.2800.1106

Sometimes it saves it when I hit back, but 99% of the time it doesn't. I don't know what determines whether or not it does.
