We all know how to fight, but how many of us know how to heal?
Martial arts training is a great way to learn how to defend yourself, but how many of us in our lifetimes will be called upon to use those skills on a regular basis?
Energy Healing Qigong is a method that will teach you how to apply Qi for the purpose of reducing pain, and to help in speeding up recovery from injuries. The complete method will be taught out, as well as treatment protocols for handling headaches, toothaches, sprains, and other incidents that you may encounter on a day to day basis.
I have been involved in martial arts for over 30 years, and have found that learning how to heal others is just as important as learning how to harm others!
