Hi, I'm new here. I practice Choy Li Fut Kung-fu, and I would like some advice on increasing the impact of my punches and kicks. Any advice given would be greatly appreciated.

It's simple really. Punch against resistance. Punch/kick a bag, or with a partner do focus pad work.

Ask sifu what they mean and maybe he'll tell yah.
For clf they should be the keys to unlocking how to deliver power.

Don't punch or kick with wrist or ankle weights, tho. It sounds like a good idea, but it is not. They'll destroy your knees and elbows.

The only thing that's ok is punching with those iron rings on your arms, if you do that kind of training, because they slide around and won't kill your elbows.

But for power, hit the heavy bag.
