Trip was great.

I found Nguyen Mai or Ng Mui and learning the 3rd level. OMMMMMM :D

The art of penetrate through physical structure and motion begin with Open heart.

Ofcourse, Joy will tell you according to Yoga and Kundalini.
One has to ground to the earth with root chakra, meaning get rid of those to become a victim thought. All those limbs art, structure. those level 1.

Then for the second level, get familiar with the second chakra to see the Ying Yang dancing like water spiral or whirpool. meaning understand the resultant force. there is no longer shape but motion, dynamic motion, kinetic energy.

Then for the 3rd level, open the heart chakra and open the lotus of thousand pedal --- the crown chakra. Thus, fear transcent into openness and solution. That is NOW. let go the past identity. let go the expectation of future fulfillment. then, only then one sees through the energy flow.....

Openness and flow and effortless alertness is one ---Jung or balance or center. That is Chan.

No longer needs the kuen kuit ---- attain it and just describe it in our daily language.
