how long does this program last and where does the iron palm and death touch system come from?

some of these people look ok and others look like posers. what is going on with hats that cover the field of vision, long coats that restrict movement, posing in body armour where no knives or guns are present? what is going on here? I have read through the site and it seems like there is a lot out of alignment with it. Not all bad though. what do you think about this school phil?

Sifu Ruiz runs a security company and teaches Law Enforcement and Canadian Military personnel. They are very security minded. His Iron Palm program is TWC. Some of his students work for his security company and they need to be able to move freely with the body armor on.
