Unbelievable news!!!Is it the "hippy" kind of Tai-Chi or the other kind?...
I think it will also create big savings in diapers by strenghtening these old people's sphincters with chi.

Anything that stretches out the limbs and joints and increases circulation is good for your health, and probably helps ease arthritis. Taijiquan is very good for that.

I was doing my long form at school the other day and a girl asked me if I would someday be able to shoot energy bolts (she used some cartoon or videogame name for it, I forget what.) I managed to not laugh in her face - she's far too cute for that treatment - but now I'll at least be able to say 'maybe someday I'll touch my toes at the age of 80.'

That'll impress her!
