He should go to Hong Kong, with that acrobatic skill, choreographers would do wonders with him, Martial Arts movie classics could make a come back.

I think he's part of Jackie Chan's stunt team as well.

Le Parkours... This comes up frequently here. Popular in France and other parts of Europe. Joe Eigo (multilevel guy) comes up a lot too. He sent tapes to Jackie Chan, but I don't think he was ever picked up. He doesn't do much the same thing as le parkours.

these guys aren't "technically" PK'ers but I think they embody the spirit of it anyway.

Then why is that same clip on www.le-parkour.com?

red5angel

cause it embodies the same type of spirit. Ultimately it doesn't matter to me, it's close enough for government work in my opinion.
the idea and philosophy behind PK is fun in movement, to play, to cross boundaries and to push the limits of your mind and your body. My bet is that these guys would agree that what they do is the same thing.
It's sort of like the difference between competition Wushu and Gymnastics.
check out www.urbanfreeflow.com for some great info on the PK stuff.

That's a video mostly of David Belle who created the sport and art of Le Parkour. He even named it. I'm just wondering how you can say he's only close enough to embodying the spirit and isn't technically le parkour when it's a clip of le parkour's founder, on a site by le parkour's founder, saying that it's an example of le parkour.

Ford, we may be talking about the wrong things then. I can't see the original clip posted so have no idea what that is, I'm talking about the multilevelmoves guys. I know who Belle is, he did indeed "start" parkour, or rather, discover it.

Oh alright. We're in agreement then. The first video is one that was grabbed from Belle's site.

According to this site: http://www.kungfucinema.com/

Joe Eigo was part of Chan's stunt team for "Around the World in 80 Days."
