Divide Main forum into Forms/Sparring

I was thinking maybe this place needs a sparring forum - place where people can discuss sparring, meet sparring partners. It's something we all want to promote.

In fact, the powers that be here, would be well served to follow the PRC's lead and divide the main forum into Forms and Sparring. Street/Reality defense is already another forum. This would keep the posts on track and encourage productive discussion on KFM.

Additionally, an off-topic forum should be created so that these posts do not invade the focused discussion.

I don't think we need sparring and forms forums, but I do think an off topic forum is good. Threads about politics, toiliets, etc. Don't belong in any forum on KFO, but shouldn't just be deleted either...
