opinions on the stickies

the two thread stickies have been stuck since ... just about when i started modding this forum. what are your thoughts on them remaining stickies, or have you any threads you think should replace one or both of them?

I think the Progress thread will survive without it's sticky status.

The Advice (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6228) thread needs to remain stickified, though. All the info and links are great, especially for those just getting into supplementary training.
