Sorry, dude. The only boxing gym I know of is Thornton, but I've heard of several down in Littleton, which is a stone's throw from Lakewood. No idea if they are ant good, though. I just don't go down that way much any more. I'll PM them to you anyway.

MasterKiller - Guru Steve is actually one of my teachers. He's part genius, part nut. A great martial artist - but sometimes what his teacher said something was, may not be the case. Unlike others in his boat, he does the research and is very honest. He's getting senior citizen-like but has a ton to offer. Very skilled.

Chas is an old fashioned rough and tumble guy. He's mostly crippled, but his real life experience is much harsher than most internet tough guys. The only guy in my generation that I've met is Sera Guru Ron Miller. We compared stories and scars, and he left me in the dust by hours.

Liberator is a rec.martialarts troll. He's been badmouthing Guru Steve and challengeing him. Not concerned a whit that his challenger is close to 30 years his junior, Steve shows up just too prove the cowardly little pr!ck won't show.

I'd recommend these guys as teachers. It's not CMA though...

Not that type of plug. Hey! I'll be down there mid-July for vacation, and then around the beginning of September for good.

There's a good boxing gym in Boulder called Front Range Boxing. It is off of Foothills and Pearl.
