help for the tendons/;liver

hi guys

im looking for help with a complex-symptom problem that is a mixture of exogenic and endogenic.......
the liver has to much heat.....sore eyes...tendon weakness.....with kidney deficiancy......
im looking for something specific to moisten the tendons.....not just to expel heat.....
the endogenic problems are being balanced with chi gung so that isnt a problem

It doesn't just sound like heat in the Liver but it actually sounds like Liver Yin Xu and most likely combined with Kidney Yin Xu, which is termed as empty heat. You cannot expel empty heat as such what you need is to strengthen both Liver and Kidney Yin.
This in turn will mositen tendons and eyes, and prevent headaches and creaking of joints and also strengthen the back and knees too.

Of course you haven't given enough info here, but it sounds like something that any decent acupuncturist could sort out for you with ease.
