i live near London and there is an abundance of wing chun/ wing tsun/ ving tsun/auto-defence wing tchun/ body, mind and spirit wc and foshan wc. I feel only you will recognize what suits you. I tend to go by a filled class often suggests an element of satisfaction on the trainees behalf, also is the instructor a good listener and boasts very rarely about who is the KING of the hill.

Hi Kaitain,

I recently started with the NWTO as well, and find them to be great, without bashing other people's styles, and there is a good atmosphere in the classes which appealed to me.

BTW, I saw a demo by Body, Mind Spirit at Seni 2001, and it was errr interesting to say the least. I've never seem WC performed with such little regard for the basic principles!
