RIP to Sifu Norm Burland of the Cha Chee Yo school out of Tampa, FL.
The guy was my first sifu when I was in high school in Japan.
For all intents and purposes he was my pops.
He took on the role as my father figure during a difficult time in HS.
I'm always gonna remember him and the lessons he taught me.
I hear his students are keeping the school going down in Florida.
I owe him a lot.
RIP sifu.
