Does anyone know what ever happened to Harry Wong, the author of the DYNAMIC STRENGTH book and video? Thank-you.

I've never heard of him to have done anything other than that book and video, before or after...

that he was also featured in this training book (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0809228343/ref%3Dnosim/bestbookbuys00/104-2168596-7618313) when i saw it in the store, but when i looked online, it didn't list him in the table of contents
perhaps he was just on the cover and the article describing some training methods wasn't attributed to him. other than that, i never heard anything else about him either.

i did have the dynamic strength book before, and it was some good stuff if you were new to resistance training and wanted to try something with less setup.

whoops. i fixed the link for the other book above...

seven star, did you find alot of benefit with dynamic strength? i think i followed it for 3-4 months, and i felt good being able to do my exercises daily whether at home or elsewhere. there's only so much you can do with isometric exercises though, depending on your goals.

It's decent, but I've never really gotten into dynamic tension due to the limited strength benefits it provides. There are some exercises in it I find useful though, like pushups and dips, and also the forearm exercises he lists. I think it's cool that he has a pic of the application of the exercise, so you can see how it would apply to combat.
