I got a video of it from the Tai Sheng Pek Kwar people a few years ago. It basically looks like a longfist form.

The Tai Sing Pek Kwar form Yin Yang Fist comes from the Pek Kwar system. The Pek Kwar system is a long fist style. Don't think it is an internal set. More of a primary level Pek Kwar set.
