Tkd and WC (I think you guys misunderstood me)

I know that alot of Taekwondo people are more it to the sport part then the martial art. I was just saying From the Jeet Kune Do view: maybe it wouldnt hurt to cross train to build skills in other areas I not saying TAekwondo is better the Wing CHun so chill out.
YOu know why Chinese Martial arts ARe superior(this does not always mean better) to non-chinses martial arts?????
Because when a really good student learn a certain style his or her master would send him or her to a completely different school.
I didnt want to offend any of the Wing chun people Because even through I havent taking a class ( I study out of tai chi chuan , snake videos, three wingchun books and mags) I am good a chi sao and o.k at push hands I consider myself a kung fu practicer even through the only formal training I had in a school was Taekwondo k. I dont recall anyone saying that you said wing chun wasnt good.

All i said is that Tae Kwon Do shouldnt be mixed with WC...it would be stupid.TKD needs alot,and Wing Chun doesnt need anything.

When I started in wing chun, I also had some idea about "mixing" it up w/ taekwondo. Long range+short range=one bada*s dude..., yeah, so I thought. After I know what wing chun is suppose to be...,I realize it doesn't need to "add" any taekwondo kicks. That doesn't prevent anyone from training in both wing chun and taekwondo though... Wing chun won't be the only style I will learn for sure. :)

my friends whan man see internal side nad texnic tho is efective in wing chun im mean for chi sao than man can see onther texnic like taekwond. or onthers is like cildren game for kung fu and just derivates noting else . ewent choy li fut is cildren game for for good talking with hands . just my opinion and just friendly tiger_1 :cool:
