Note the distinct lack of bulging, IF -esque shoulders :D

Here's a post where he answers some questions:

"When I used to cycle the SP and benchpress together about 8 months ago my max was 315x2 which to me is not impressive. I felt I never could generate any strength with my built( long arms and narrow back for my build)
Sometimes I take a break from my routine and play around with the clean and push press(my form is horrible!) but I still was able to get 195 lbs overhead.

Like I said not staggering numbers but the side press just feels natural to me. I believe my first side press max was around 70-80 pounds about a year and a half ago. I never really worked out on a consistent basis. Usually I put a couple of linear cycles together then take off and drop back a couple of cycles.
Hope I helped good luck training. "

I have gotten up to 120lb before I stopped working on them, and that didnt take too long..It never made my shoulders big..but my body started to look considerably more 'barrel like' until I laid off the mostly core muscle excercises :D

Impressive, I would love to have that kind of strength! It will take me maybe 2 years or less god willing to reach that level. Right now I can only press 75Lb for 5 and 82.5 for just one rep. Fa Ging, you one strong dude! I still whoop your butt anyways, LOL. Hey, Bin, have you worked out with KBs or Clubs yet?

hah - that's not me, Bao! I just copied the guy's notes from Dragondoor.

I've never done a barbell sidepress -- I can sidepress the 88lb KB, however.

I did pick up 2 x 24kg kbs around the end of last June, and I can now jerk them at least 30 times with no belt (haven't tested in a while).

I can C & J 185lbs barbell overhead without too much trouble.

Bin:

I have been working with KBs since last year or more and I loved it.

They come in "poods". 1 pood == BL's bodyweight :D.
