I am still having worries about whether i'm still overstraining myself. Now everyday i train one day and rest for 4 days. And i get a good 9 hours sleep and also eat good. But in that one day i train everything (ie. arms, legs, flexibility, back, chest, stomach) all except cardiovascular and bagwork. But sometimes during my rest days when i lay down i can feel my muscles twitching, even sometimes when i sit up but mainly when im lying down.

Could someone tell me what this muscle twitching could be?

Muscle twitching is simply tweaked out muscles or tension. Mine do that alot. If you were overtraining, you would be constantly fatigued, sleepy, get sick easily, diminished results, etc. You will know when you are overtraining, but HARD training can seem like you are over-doing it. I used to work out soo hard my back would sharply spasm during the night so that it felt like I was going to break. Full body cramps, yada yada. That stuff just comes with the territory of hard training.
