hi martin, no i do not train at london shoot, but would if i had the time.
i coach personal defence and sport fighting evolved from wing tchun 4X a week and train BJJ 3X a week.
i have done some basic sub wrestling or no-gi.
i specialise particularly in training anti-bullying in schools and personal safety courses for the work place and overseas visitors.
are u at L'shoot? what is it like? tuff i bet?
i will check back on previous threads for discussion.
i thought it was a novel merge of the 2 disciplines and i wish the alan orr group success in their NHB journey.
