Hello Everyone.

Those of you who signed up for my bomb proof bulletin email newsletter yesterday should have received a special stone ball training workout. As you all know, the Shaolin monks used stone balls for a variety of movements and postures in their traditional training where it was known as da shi qiu.

Memorial Day is coming up and I am going to do something I have never done before: have a stone ball Extravaganza at Atomic Athletic

I am not going to let everyone on my email list know about this until Monday but because I got such a great response from many of you from the stone lifting workout, I am letting Kung Fu Magazine forum members in on this early.

Here’s the deal:
This special lasts from today May 20th until midnight in May 31st. If you buy two stone balls of any size (even two of the same size) from here:
http://www.atomicathletic.com/shop/tek9.asp?pg=products&grp=61

You get 1 free choice from these Stone Lifting Courses/Videos:
http://www.atomicathletic.com/shop/tek9.asp?pg=products&grp=64

If you buy three stones, get 2 free courses/videos from the above url.
If you buy four stones get 3 free courses/videos from the above url.

If you want five stones, call for an extra special gift package.

(Regular shipping and handling fees still apply.)

As you will see, these videos feature some awesome stone lifting action and have awesome techniques and tricks from the best stone lifters in the world.

Also keep in mind that we have a smooth honed style available for all stone balls.

If you missed my special stone lifting workout with the 30 pound stone, you get that with purchase as well. This workout seems simple but gives you an unbelievable full body workout.

Thank you so much for all of your kind words and if anyone has any questions, please don’t hesitate to email me or call.

Something like that. He is balancing the stone ball on his shoulder and about to do what is called "Basque neck tie" where the ball is rotated 360 degrees around the neck.

The Basque lifters favor using this size stone sphere. (http://www.atomicathletic.com/shop/tek9.asp?pg=products&specific=jocnmrr0) and always in the smooth style. Man, if you want to talk about developing core strength like an Iron Column, that exercise is brutal.

I was able to attend the National Basque festival a few years back and the things I saw there simply blew my mind. The Basques have a number of interesting training methods for their stone lifting and let me tell you, these guys are strong. The world record for the stone cube lift to the shoulder is over 700 pounds!

If there's any more questions, you know where to reach me .

Hey Roger - Thanks for making the special offer for KFM forum members! They can be an ungrateful bunch :p but some of us really do appreciate any discount we can get. ;)

Those are some big balls in fact you got the biggest balls of them all. A set of balls like that would make you very popular with the ladies. ;)

I assure you that walking around with balls that big is no easy task.
