Has anyone heard about/experienced Dr. Squat's Recovery Nutrient? (http://www.drsquat.com/index.cfm?action=viewsupplement&supplementID=1102)

As I've been sidelined for 14 months and 8 days because of a decent injury to the muscles/bone/cartilage around my xyphoid process, I'm a bit anxious to get back into a healthy living style. Anything that could potentially incourage recovery gets me all worked up. So, if anyone out there has any experience with this, please let me know, either through posts or a PM.

peace

Fvck dude I can't believe you're still injured :( . You may want to post this in the training forum as well so the people that don't come here often can still see it.

I just looked at it and it just looks like a bunch of health food store pills thrown together. I'd research each one and see if you think the combination makes sense.

Yeah, I'm still fugged up. Driving on rough-ass roads to and from school all the time really didn't help. Oh well, life goes on.

I've done a bit of reading on each of the components of the stuff, nothing really jumps out at me . . . accept bromelain (http://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/substances_view/1,1525,760,00.html). Seems it thins blood to increase circulation.
I'm going to do a lot more reading on this, see if it's a dangerous addition.

The kola nut seems to be just another kind of caffiene.

Anyway, yeah, I'm gonna go post this in the training forum.
